State vs Shamji

This application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed for cancelling the bail which was granted in exercise of powers under Section 438 of the Code by considering material on record including relevant police papers and law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Siddharam Satlingappa Mhetre v. State of Maharashtra & Ors. Reported in [2011]1 SCC 694.

No case is made to exercise powers under Section 439(2) of the Code. Application is rejected. Notice discharged.
