(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for condonation of delay of 82 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.73 of 2010.
Respondent is served but none appears on behalf of the respondent.
Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the ground stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned. Therefore, condoned.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute.
