(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Pursuant to order dated 19.6.2012, the Registry has placed on record the explanation received from Mr.M.N.Makwana, Senior Clerk, Judicial Branch, District Court, Amreli along with forwarding letter from learned Principal District Judge, Amreli.
However, the District Judge to ensure that he keeps his promise (assurance) given in the said explanation that "henceforth such mistake will not be reported on my part and I will be more punctual".
On perusal of the same, the same is accepted.
Learned APP, Mr.Patel, wants some more time in the matter.
At his request, the matter is adjourned to 5th July, 2012.
