(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Pursuant to the previous orders, an affidavit-in-reply of Superintendent of Police, Surendranagar, is submitted today and taken on record. The daughter of the petitioner namely Pooja is also produced before the Court today and her date of birth is stated to be 17.8.1994. Upon being asked, she has refused to talk to the petitioner or go with him. In view of her age and in absence of anyone else named as the person who could take her care, learned APP sought permission to lodge her at Nari Vikas Gruh at Ahmedabad, and she has consented to be put up for the present at such Women Protection Home. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to take necessary instructions as regards future course of action or further order, if any is required. Accordingly, the corpus is directed to be lodged at local Women Protection Home with instructions that the petitioner may be permitted to meet her, if she wants to see him. S.O. to 15th February 2012. Copy of the order shall be given to learned APP.
