(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Permission is sought to join alleged husband of the corpus, namely, Dhanraj Narsharam Dadaliya, as respondent no.4. Learned counsel, Mr.Parthiv Bhatt submitted that no notice is required to be issued for the proposed additional respondent as the petitioner undertakes to call him for remaining personally present before the Court on the next date of hearing. S.O. to 30th January 2012. In the meantime, the corpus may be returned to Nari Sanrakshan Gruh at Odhav. A copy of this order may be given to learned APP.
