(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The matter comes up, after disposal, only on account of non-payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority as was directed by order dated 12.1.2012 while disposing of the petition. Learned counsel Mr.N.K.Majmudar stated, on instruction, that the petitioner has been trying to pay the amount in cash but deadline of one month having been crossed the amount is not being accepted by the Legal Services Authority. Therefore, the Legal Services Authority is requested to accept the amount in cash from the petitioner if it is tendered on or before 24th February 2012, so that no further action or order may be required.
