(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The application was not pressed for any orders in view of the statement made by learned counsel Mr.N.P.Chaudhary that respondent no.4 has last lived with respondent nos.5 and 6 whom he represents and on that basis he shall receive the notice from learned counsel for the applicant and affix it on the residence of respondent nos.5 and 6 at a conspicuous place to effect the service thereof by alternative mode as provided in Section 65 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Accordingly, the application is disposed. Special Criminal Application No.1589 of 2011 may be listed on 16th February 2012.
