JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA)
1. Pursuant to admission of the petition and efforts of the police officer concerned the corpus is produced before the Court and she is personally present and identified by learned advocate for the petitioner. Upon being asked, it is stated by Ms.Kavita, aged 21, the corpus, that she had left the house of the petitioner on account of cruelty committed on her by the petitioner and she no longer wants to live with him. She further stated that she would like to return to her parents' place. Learned counsel, Mr.Vikramsinh Gohil, appearing for respondent nos.3 and 4 stated, on instructions, that they will receive the corpus and take care of her.
2. Therefore, the petition is disposed and Rule is discharged subject to the direction that the corpus shall be permitted to go to the place of respondent nos.3 and 4.
