(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Pursuant to the notice issued herein, the corpus is present before the Court and upon being asked she has clearly stated that she does not intend to marry or talk to the petitioner. Learned AGP, Ms.Monali Bhatt, was requested to ascertain her wish in her chamber without any interference or influence of any person, accompanying the corpus, and the corpus having stuck to her stand, as aforesaid, the petition is not pressed for any further order. Accordingly, it is disposed and Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
