(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned APP stated, on instructions of Ms.Y.N.Leuva, PSI, Chandkheda Police Station, that custody of daughter of the petitioner was not handed over to the officer of the State Police by Mahila Alpvas Gruh Seva Mandir at Udaipur, Rajasthan, on the basis that some proceedings before Local Child Welfare Committee was pending and result thereof would be known by 14th February 2012. Under the circumstances, it is directed that the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Seema shall be produced before this Court on 15th February 2012, regardless of any order of any authority other than the High Court of Rajasthan or the Supreme Court of India. The State Police shall communicate this order in advance to the police station concerned of Rajasthan. A copy of this order shall be given to learned APP for execution by the police officers concerned.
