(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The petitioner has sought temporary bail for attending the exploratory surgery of her daughter. He has been released on temporary bail for ten days from 8.12.2011 to 17.12.2011 and for 14 days from 3.1.2012 to 16.1.2012 on the basis that his wife was to be operated. He has been released on temporary bail on earlier occasions in the years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 on similar grounds of sickness of his daughter or his wife. On one of the occasion, he had absconded for 185 days and had to be returned to jail after being arrested. The medical certificate presently relied upon by the applicant does not inspire confidence. Therefore, the application is rejected and Notice is discharged.
