Accordingly, it is disposed with the direction that Criminal Appeal Nos.1913 of 2004, 2288 of 2005 and 2286 of 2005 shall be listed for final hearing on 28th February 2012, which are otherwise also likely to be heard. Learned counsel, Ms.Gayatri B. Jadeja, is requested to see that learned advocates appearing in the appeals are advised to address their arguments on that date.
