1. Pursuant to previous order, respondent nos.4, 5 and 6 are stated to be present, according to learned counsel, Mr.Ejaz Qureshi. He stated, on instructions, that those respondents were always available and were, in fact, intimating the police station before leaving their native place for labour work. It was further stated that they have not abducted the wife of the petitioner and they are prepared to fully cooperate in the investigation about the complaint of the petitioner. He stated, on instructions, that respondent nos.4, 5 and 6 will voluntarily visit D-Division Police Station at Bhavnagar for enquiry and interrogation by the police. He also submitted that the respondents were apprehending assault upon them by or at the instance of the petitioner and the police needs to provide protection to them in case of necessity.
2. Learned APP assured the Court that the complaint of the petitioner and the averments made in the petition shall be taken with the seriousness which they deserve and the District Superintendent of Police, Bhavnagar, shall personally look into the matter so as to supervise and monitor the enquiry and investigation and, as far as practicable, produce the corpus before this Court on the next date of hearing. S.O. to 7th March 2012, at the request of learned APP. A copy of this order shall be given to learned APP.
