JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) S.O.
to 6th March 2012, when the petitioner shall remain personally present and the corpus shall also be brought to the Court for ascertaining her wish and a responsible officer of the Women's Protection Home shall accompany her with the Rules of the Protection Home for keeping custody of such person, who is major but unwilling to return to her maternal home and has no matrimonial home. A copy of this order shall be given to learned APP for necessary action.
