State vs Ravindrasinh

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is preferred for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.14 of 2009; whereby, the learned Sessions Judge has acquitted the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 394, 201, 506(2) and 114 of Indian Penal Code read with Section 135 (1) of Bombay Police Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
