1. The present application has been preferred for condonation of delay of 105 days caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No. 12/2010.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay, delay deserve to be condoned, and therefore, delay is condoned. Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
