1. This Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) by an order dated 20.3.2012 has admitted the matter and granted ad-interim relief staying implementation of the impugned judgment and award qua the direction regarding continuity of service and grant of 25% back wages on condition that respondent No.1 workman shall be reinstated within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
2. Pursuant to the notice of Rule served upon respondent No.1, Mr. Manish Shah, learned advocate appears for respondent No.1 workman and states that as per the order dated 20.3.2012, respondent No.1 workman has been reinstated on his original post as per the impugned judgment and award.
3. Having heard Ms. Shruti Pathak, learned AGP and Mr. Manish Shah, learned advocate for respondent No.1 workman, the ad-interim relief granted by order dated 20.3.2012 is confirmed as interim relief till final disposal of this petition as the condition imposed by the aforesaid order dated 20.3.2012 is complied with by the petitioner.
