1.0 The captioned applications have been preferred by the applicant to grant extension of time for deposit of the entire amount as per order of this Court.

2.0 Heard.

On the facts and circumstances of the case, the time to deposit of the entire amount is extended for two weeks from the date of filing of the captioned applications. If the amount is not deposited by the extended date the main Special Civil Applications shall be dismissed on that ground alone. With the above, applications stand disposed of.
