HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE R.M.CHHAYA Date : 10/05/2012 ORAL (COMMON) ORDER This Court (Coram: K.S.Jhaveri, J) vide order dated 20.03.2012 admitted the matters and stayed THE impugned award in each petition on condition that the concerned petitioners shall deposit the entire amount with the Registry of this Court, as directed by the Labour Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order.
Thereafter the matters are listed today. Ms.Shruti Pathak, learned Assistant Government Pleader, tenders photocopy of the office note whereby a cheque amounting to Rs.40,54,050/- is deposited in compliance to the order dated 20.03.2012. Ms.Pathak, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions from Shri Arvind M. Parmar, Head Clerk, Office of the Medical Superintendent, Sir. T. Hospital, Bhavnagar, who is present in the court, further states that the amount so deposited is the total amount which is ordered to be deposited by the Labour Court in the impugned award.
The fact that the cheque has been submitted to the Registry is also reported by the Registry.
