(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The petition could not be entertained in view of availability of alternative remedy and it was fairly conceded that the petition was required to be made under Section 14 of the Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963. Therefore, the petition is dismissed without entering into merits of all the contentions contained in the petition. Learned counsel, Mr.Qureshi, stated that the petitioner has bona fide approached this Court on 26th June 2012, the matter was first listed for admission hearing on 29th June 2012 and the hearing was adjourned to today.
