State vs Rajendrasinh

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No. 44/2009, whereby, the accused have been acquitted for the offence under section 302, 307, 498A and 114 of IPC read with section 3 and 7 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and sec. 31 of the Domestic Violence Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserve to be granted, and therefore, granted. Application stand disposed of accordingly.
