Ms.Jirga Jhaveri, learned APP has read endorsement of the Constable, who is Incharge of the warrant duty, and contended that warrant could not be served as all the three respondents are not found at the given address. She has prayed for time. The Constable present in the Court is directed to produce his daily diary on the next date of hearing to show attempts made for service of the warrant.
