1) By this application, the applicant seeks fixation of an early date of hearing of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.5329 of 2010 and/or vacation of the interim relief granted vide order dated 12.8.2010 in the said application.

2) Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties.

3) Having regard to the averments made in the memorandum of application, the application is allowed. Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.5329 of 2010 to be listed for final hearing on 16th April 2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
