BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES NOTE [1] This speaking to minutes note has been filed by the learned advocate for the applicant for correcting the order dated 14.03.2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.15459 of 2011. It is stated that while granting permission to withdraw and disposing of the application as withdrawn, liberty has not been reserved for the applicant to invoke the writ jurisdiction.
[2] Under the circumstances, instead of the sentence in para-3 of the order dated 14.03.2012 i.e. "However, during the course of arguments, learned advocate Mr.Kanhera seeks permission to withdraw the application", it should be read as " However, during the course of arguments, learned advocate Mr.Kanhera seeks permission to withdraw the application reserving liberty to the applicant to resort appropriate remedy".
