(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Jirga Jhaveri is directed to produce on record copies of the notifications issued under Sections 10 (3), 10 (5) and 10 (6) of the ULC Act and also produce on record the cancellation order whereby notification under Section 10 (3) was cancelled. These documents shall be produced along with an additional affidavit. Learned Assistant Government Pleader shall also explain in the additional affidavit as to whether after cancellation of the notification under Section 10 (3), any fresh notification under Section 10 (3) of the Act was issued or not. Apart from the aforesaid, entire original record shall be produced on 9.3.2012. List this matter on 9.3.2012.
