(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for condonation of delay of 79 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and the order passed by the learned Special Judge (Atrocity), Fast Track Court, Bhuj-Kutchh in Special Case No.6 of 2007.

Considering the facts and circumstances, and in view of the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, the delay deserves to be condoned. Therefore, condoned.

Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute.
