(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for condonation of delay of 23 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No. 210/2009.

The respondent is served, none appears on her behalf.

Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay, the delay deserve to be condoned, and therefore, condoned. Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
