Since Mr. Jani, the learned Government Pleader has entered appearance on behalf of the State of Gujarat, we direct Mr. Jani to take instructions whether the lands in question, where apparently a road is being constructed, have been acquired or not. If it appears that the lands in question are not acquired in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Act, in that event, the State will immediately pass orders stopping the construction of the road at the instance of private individuals who are not the lawful owners of the lands.
