JUDGMENT / ORDER

1) By this application, the applicant-State of Gujarat seeks fixation of an early date of hearing of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.7874 of 2008 on the ground that as by way ad-interim relief the investigation has been stayed, qua the applicant herein, it is not possible to carry out proper investigation.
2) Having regard to the aforesaid facts, the application is allowed. Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.7874 of 2008 to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 25th June 2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
