The Registry has put up a submission dated 11.07.2012, wherein it is submitted that notice was issued on 05.07.2012 and the returnable date was 24.07.2012. The process fees was taxed on 06.07.2012, but as on 11.07.2012, it had not been paid.
In view of the Resolution of the Gujarat High Court Advocates' Association dated 10.07.2012, learned advocates have abstained from work. As the learned advocate for the applicant is not present, due to the above-mentioned Resolution, the interest of justice would demand that an opportunity be granted, to pay the process fees.
The process fees be paid on, or before, 18.07.2012, failing which the matter shall be dismissed without reference to the Court.
The returnable date is extended upto 16.08.2012.
