(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Notice issued by this Court is reported to have remained unserved on respondent No.1. So far as respondent No.3 is concerned, the remark column shows that, "notice not received back". However, Mr.Girishkumar Champaneri-opponent No.3 herein is present before the Court. He states that he had earlier engaged learned Advocate Shri Ajit Padival, but after the sad demise of the learned Advocate, he has not engaged another Advocate. He therefore prays for time to engage another Advocate.
Request is granted.
The matter is adjourned to 07.05.2012.
Respondent No.3 is explained that he should engage an Advocate at the earliest and shall see to it that the learned Advocate is ready to go on with the matter.
In the meantime, at the request of learned APP Mr.L.R.Pujari, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) against opponent Nos.1 and 2. The police personnel shall explain to opponent Nos.1 and 2 that they shall remain present before the Court on 07.05.2012.
