(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel fairly conceded that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the petition raising election dispute could not be entertained at this stage when the voting is to take place on 15th April 2012. Therefore, with a view to availing alternative remedy prescribed by the statutory provisions, the petition was not pressed for any order on merits of the contentions. Accordingly, it is disposed.
