Board shows that respondent No.1 is unserved and Report of Police Sub Inspector, Mahuda is on record, which shows that respondent No.1 is not residing at the given address.
It appears that matter was adjourned for several times at the request of Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor to supply fresh address of unserved respondent No.1, but as per the Office Report till 25th April, 2012 fresh address is not supplied.
Hence, as a last chance, at the request of Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for applicant, the matter is adjourned to 11th June, 2012.
