JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel, Mr.U.T.Mishra, appearing for the appellant fairly conceded that, the election in question being over, the appeal has become infructuous and it has to be disposed accordingly without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and right of the appellant to challenge the election before appropriate forum. Accordingly, the Letters Patent Appeal is disposed as having become infructuous along with Civil Application, which does not survive.
