(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) It is pointed out that the matter was dismissed for default for non-removing office objection and now this Civil Application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.
Since the matter was dismissed for default by conditional order of the First Court, Registry shall verify as to whether the matter is required to be placed before the same Bench or it can be placed before this Bench. After verifying the same, Registry is directed to list the matter on 27th July, 2012 before appropriate Bench.
