(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred for leave to appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case Nos. 49 and 50 of 2010, whereby the accused have been acquitted for the offence under sections 143, 147, 148, 149 and 307 of IPC read with section 37(1) read with section 135 of the Bombay Police Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted.

Application disposed of accordingly.
