(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Special Judge in Special (ACB) Case No. 9/2002, whereby, the accused has been acquitted for the offence under section 7, 13(1)(d) & 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Considering the fact and circumstances, leave deserve to be granted, and therefore, granted. Application disposed of accordingly.
