Having heard learned advocates for the parties and learned APP and considering the affidavit in reply filed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 along with opinion of the Government Recognized Valuer about strength of the building in question, it is directed that the respondents Nos. 1 and 2 shall file an undertaking to the effect that during the pendency of the proceedings before any forum or court, including this Court, if any loss or damage to person or property is caused, the respondents will be solely responsible. Such an undertaking shall be filed on or before 11th May, 2012.
Post the matter on 13th June, 2012 for further order.
