Heard Ms.Hansa Punani, learned APP for the appellant State.
Ms.Punani has submitted that the trap amount was recovered from possession of the respondent - accused and enthracene powder was found from the finger tips and clothes of the respondent - accused. She has read statement recorded under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and submitted that proper explanation is not given by the respondent - accused.
Notice is served to the respondent, but none is present on behalf of the respondent.
In the interest of justice, issue fresh notice to the respondent - accused returnable on 13.8.2012.
