(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel, Ms.Avani Thaker, submitted that reference of dispute regarding election was required to be made to the State Government under Section 60 of the Maharaja Shayajirao University Act. Learned counsel, Mr.Mitul Shelat, appearing for respondent no.2 fairly conceded that the dispute may be referred in accordance with law at the instance of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is disposed without entering into merits with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Government. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
