1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"[A] Your Lordships may be pleased to allow this application;
[B] Your Lordships may be pleased to fix an early date for final hearing of the main petition being Special Civil Application No.7165 of 2010.
[C] Your Lordships may be pleased to grant such other and further relief/s as may be deem just and proper."
2. Heard Mr. M.J. Mehta, learned advocate for the applicant.
3. The main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.7165 of 2010 was admitted vide order dated 8.10.2010. Considering the averments made in the application as well as considering the fact that many such matters are still pending for its final hearing, no priority can be given to the present matter. This application is, therefore, dismissed.
4. However, it would be open for the applicant to revive the request after six months.
