(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) It is really painful that the rule was issue on 12.01.2012 returnable on 02.02.2012. The rule is reported to have remained 'Not received back'. This shows the application of mind to the facts of the case. The present appeal is filed for enhancement, meaning thereby, the opponent is necessarily in jail undergoing the sentence awarded by the Court below.
At the request of the learned APP Mr. L. R. Poojari, registry is directed to issue fresh process of rule returnable on 25.06.2012 with the permission to effect Direct Service.
