Expedited.
In view of the order dated 22.04.2009 passed in Special Civil Application 3050/2009, the respondents are required to deposit the amount before this court which will be kept in the form of FDR and interest accrued on the amount will not be paid to anyone.
The party who so ever will succeed in the matter, shall be entitled to take the amount.
