(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) It appears that this Civil Application has become infructuous in view of the fact that in the original order the petitioner was directed to make an application within a fortnight from the date of passing of the order with all supporting evidence, and on receipt of such application, the same was directed to be decided within four weeks by the original respondent-authority. By this application, applicant has sought for extension of that four weeks' time. This application was filed in the year 2007. Thus, this has become infructuous. Accordingly, we dismiss this application as infructuous. Let the main application be placed for hearing after a fortnight i.e. March 16, 2012.
