The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 642 days in filing the Letters Patent Appeal. Considering the contents of the application stated in paragraphs 2 and 3, it cannot be said that the delay has remained unexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing the Letters Patent Appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, this Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
