Pujari states that respondent no.1-Ajitsinh Alias Pappu Harishankar Rajput, respondent no.1 herein is learnt to have died uncared-for. Still the Police personnel are trying to obtain and produce necessary material on record. So far as respondent no.2 is concerned though he has appeared before the Court learned APP requests that fresh process be issued qua respondent no.2 so that his presence could be secured. The request is granted.
2. The Registry is directed to issue FRESH PROCESS qua respondent no.2 only returnable on 18th June 2012. Direct service is permitted.
