State vs Learned

Learned counsel, Mr.R.J.Goswami has appeared for respondent no.2 and his name has earlier been shown in the orders. However, the cause list does not show his name today, and therefore, presumably he is not present. Office needs to find out the reason for such lapse and take corrective steps because it causes unnecessary harassment for the learned counsel, who appears for the appellant, and unnecessary adjournments. The appeal shall now be listed for hearing on 2nd September 2009, and name of Mr.Goswami shall be shown as appearing for respondent no.2.
