1. Learned AGP appeared for the Director of Municipalities, respondent No.2 against whom alone, we have so far issued notice of contempt proceedings. He stated under instruction that final decision on the proposal of the Dholka Municipality for filling up of the post of Safai Kamdar could not be taken since necessary information has not been supplied by the Municipality.
2. To enable the respondent No.2 to file reply, S.O. to 22nd June 2012. In the meantime, in view of the statement made by the AGP, let notice be issued to respondent No.2 returnable on 22nd June 2012.
