V.CHITAMBARESH JUDGE DCS C.M. APPLN. No. 443 of 2010 in C.R.P. No. 367 of 2010 -----------------------------------------
Dated this the 29th day of May, 2014
O R D E R
No reason sufficient enough to condone the inordinate delay of 2389 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition has been made out. The correspondence between the Special Tahsildar and the District Collector and the shifting of their offices are not sound reasons to condone the delay. Moreover C.R.P. Nos. 354/2010 and 365/2010 (which are connected) have also been dismissed after refusing to condone delay. The same reason was also stated by the petitioner in those Civil Revision Petitions for condonation of delay.
The delay is not condoned and the C.M. Application is dismissed.
