SAHAI) Inspite of repeatedly time being granted, records are not produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader though he has been regularly informing the appellants. Therefore, we direct the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar; Collector, Ahmedabad and Deputy Collector and Competent Authority, Ahmedabad to produce the entire record before this Court on 5th March, 2012. In case the entire record is not produced before this Court, all the aforesaid authorities shall remain personally present before this Court and show cause why inspite of repeated direction of this Court, the record is not produced. List on 5th March, 2012.
